INTANGIBLE ASSETS AND GOODWILL
We evaluate our amortizable and indefinite-lived intangible assets (“long-lived assets”) for impairment whenever indicators of impairment exist. We concluded the carrying amount of our long-lived assets was recoverable and there was no impairment in the second quarter or first six months of fiscal 2016 or 2015. We evaluate goodwill for impairment annually during the fourth quarter of our fiscal year, or more frequently when indicators of impairment are present. There were no changes to goodwill balances during the second quarter or first six months of fiscal 2016.
